Rodan Energy Announces 50 MWh Battery Storage Project in Ontario

On 27 October 2026, Rodan Energy Solutions and St. Marys Cement announced plans for a 50 MWh behind-the-meter battery storage system at the Bowmanville cement facility in Ontario. The project is expected to become Canada's largest behind-the-meter battery installation, although its investment value was not disclosed. The system will support energy efficiency and industrial energy resilience.
