Oyu Tolgoi Copper Shipments to China Fall Amid Border Delays
Oyu Tolgoi reported that copper-concentrate shipments to China had fallen by around 70% over a two-week period as border processing slowed. Mongolian media estimates placed the potential impact at approximately US$300 million so far, but the company has not confirmed that loss figure. The disruption increases demand for trade-flow analysis, logistics intelligence, market forecasting and supply-chain risk research.
