Morocco Projects MAD 159 Billion in Government Financing Needs for 2027

On 23 October, Reuters reported that Morocco’s draft 2027 budget projected government financing needs of MAD 159 billion, approximately US$15.9 billion, and a fiscal deficit target of 3% of GDP. These are government projections, not completed borrowing or a confirmed financial-services contract.
